We adopt a layered, logically sequenced methodology. The consulting project is divided into the five distinct phases where we:
1. Understand key business requirements
2. Research relevant data sources
3. Use data in the context of the consulting services
selected for the consulting project
4. Extensive analysis on the data
5. We put together the relevant data, findings and insights
in the consulting report.
Understanding the Key Business Requirements:
We conduct an online mini workshop with the client to understand their company landscape and their key requirements w.r.t. the relevant service offering chosen.
We ask a list of structured questions, followed by some open ended questions to understand it better.
Based on these, we put together the key information gathered based on which we shall commence the consulting effort.
Research relevant data sources:
We consider data from a diverse set of sources as depicted below, as may be relevant for the exercise:
Use data in the context of consulting services selected:
We apply relevant contextual understanding and analysis to the use cases that comprise the consulting services selected for the exercise.
We have crafted a vast number of use cases applicable to each kind of consulting service. Further, we are open to discussing any additional use cases the client may have, and seek to understand whether those can be accomodated as well.
Extensive analysis on the data:
We apply several techniques as per need, on the data in order to better understand market dynamics, such as:
Scoring w.r.t. parameters
Desired results in report:
Finally we put together the Consulting report, where we put together:
Relevant extracts of data
Data about relevant companies
Analysis of the data
Recommendations and insights
